Welcome

I send free gifts with every purchase, so not only do you get what you pay for, but also for more! Also, I don't stamp the back of my cards/envelopes, so when you send them, they will be personal, they don't have my etsy address on it or anything.

Payment

I accept Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier Check and personal check. Please note, if you send a personal check, I must wait for the check to clear before I can ship!

If you send a Money Order, Cashier Check, or personal check, the check must be received within 2 weeks. If not received, unless you have proof of purchase with a receipt or shipping number, I have the right to cancel order due to nonpayment! Order is shipped out once check clears.

Shipping

I ship out as soon as I can possibly get it out. The longest I would wait is 3 days from purchase, and that would only be if something came up. For custom orders such as the koozies, or any custom order you ask for, it would take me the time to get the product ready, and as soon as it was, I would send it out! If ordering a custom order, please ask how long it will take!

I do ship outside of the US. If you want tracking or insurance, that is optional but will up the shipping cost a little more! Please let me know before purchase so I can adjust the shipping cost!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you find you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know before leaving feedback! I will do whatever I can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!

If it is easier and faster for us to discuss custom orders by phone, let me know and I can give you my number. Sometimes it is easier and causes less confusion! I'll work with you in any way possible!
