Payment

PAYPAL - Is uor prefered method of payment, however, if you cannot pay with this method, convo us in regards to other accepted payment methods and note that payment must be received and clear prior to shipping item(s). Payment must be made within 72 hours or item is re-listed on Etsy or in another exhibiting venue. When in doubt please convo first, we would be happy to discuss any and all questions/concerns with you!

Shipping

Shipping is done by USPS or UPS. There may be other methods used for international shipping including whatever international fees/duties/taxes that would apply. Insurance is included on all purchases over $20 and may be included if less than $20 when requested.

Yes, overnight shipment options are available as well as 2-3 day. Please convo us if you have special needs and we will respond quickly and inform you if additional S&H rates ned to be applied to your total. If we see that any other terms of shipping and handling apply to your location or timeframe, we will convo you to discuss and keep you informed.

Items are shipped within 2-3 business days, unless other arrangements are discussed and approved.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note that refunds are not available. Insurance on all items is available and will automatically be applied to all orders totalling $20 or more which will cover any lost or damaged items in the mail- which has never happened, all items we have ever shipped arrived in a timely fashion in perfect condition due to our attention to detail with packaging the items. Exchanges are only available if approved by us through convos or emails. the exchange, if approved can be for any other item(s) of equal value or in the form of a gift certificate (Must be redeemed within 1 years time of issue date). Items can not be exchanged for reasons such as: changed mind, not happy with the size or colors- both of these are represented and noted in the listings to our very best abilities.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Commission requests are accepted and reviewed. Only a few more commissions will be accepted in 2008-2009! Alcemy requests can be made as well.

If you are a company looking to purchase my art or prints wholesale, please convo me prior to purchasing to discuss options to purchase/consign.
