Welcome

Every set of nails I ship out comes with a 3 gm bottle of nail glue, complete instructions for application and removal, plus tips for care and maintenance, and a free gift to say thank you!

Payment

PayPal is my preferred method of payment, but I will accept money orders/cashier's checks as well. Please convo me right away after purchase if you plan to pay by any method other than PayPal. Immediate payment is always greatly appreciated, but as long as any item purchased is paid for within 5 business days, I'll call it good. =)

Shipping

Items will be shipped via USPS Priority (2-3 day shipping) for orders within the US, and USPS First Class for international orders. I ship every item within 2 business days of payment clearing.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, I will gladly refund your money, less shipping costs. I do not cover return postage on returned items - that is the buyer's responsibility. If your item was created especially for you and cannot be resold by me, a 50 percent commissioning fee will be applied to returns. If you want to return an item, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item (convo me and let me know the reason for the return, and if I can fix whatever is wrong, I will).

It is very highly unlikely that any items that I ship will be damaged in transit, but if they are, I require photographic proof of the damage within 2 business days of your receipt of the item. If the item was legitimately damaged in shipping, I will replace the item to the best of my ability and as soon as possible at no additional cost to the buyer. Please remember that my creations are originals, and I cannot guarantee exact replicas of the primarily purchased items.
