Shipping

Packages will be sent via regular US mail unless over 13 oz.
Buyers will be notified when the item is shipped.

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for Post Office errors beyond using the correct address and correct postage.

If you are a non-US customer and would prefer a different method of mail delivery (like Fedex, if your mail service tends to be unreliable), please let me know when you place your order, and it can be worked out.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customers have up to 7 days (after package is received) to return the item for a refund, postage won't be refunded. Please notify me via this site that you are returning something.
