Payment

Spirit Of Silver accepts Paypal & personal checks.

Illinois residents have 8.5% sales tax added to your order (sorry, it's the law). Paypal automatically calculates this amount. FYI-You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay using Paypal. As you go through the payment process just choose 'I do not have a Paypal account' then follow the instructions to pay by credit card of your choice.

If you pay by check your item(s) will ship when your check clears.

I reserve the right to cancel your order and relist an item after 2 days of non payment and no contact from you.

Shipping

All orders are shipped USPS within two days of payment. Custom orders are an exception to this. If you pay by check your item will ship when your check clears.

If you would like your item(s) insured please contact me prior to purchase so I may send a revised Paypal invoice. Rates for insurance can be found at USPS.com/insurance. I am not responsible for USPS loss as you have the opportunity to purchase insurance before payment is made.

If you would like your item shipped to an address other than the address in your Paypal account please notify me in the "notes to seller" section when you check out.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take pride in my creations and want you to be thrilled with your new jewelry. Please contact me with any concerns. I will work with you until you are satisfied.

CUSTOM ORDERS: I enjoy working with customers to create something special. Please contact me with your ideas and needs. Pricing and turnaround time will vary depending upon your request. If you're interested in a listed item but need it altered (i.e. size, length, colors) please contact me prior to purchase. Usually I can accommodate your request.
Also if you see something you love in my "sold" section please contact me as I may be able to duplicate it or offer something very similar that you'd love just as much.

PACKAGING: Your jewelry will arrive in a lovely silver organza drawstring pouch. I carefully place this in bubble wrap and send it in a padded envelope for safe traveling.

FEEDBACK: Feedback is essential on Etsy. The time you take to provide positive feedback is greatly appreciated.

EMAIL LIST: Please let me know if you'd like to be added to my email list. I send a friendly email every so often reminding you that I exist and of any special announcements.
