Welcome

All Girly Girl Creations were made by me in my smoke-free, pet free home. I heat seal ALL ribbon ends, even the ones you can't see. I take great care with each and every thing I make. I would not sell you anything that I wouldn't put on my own child.

All Etsy banners and avatars are made by me using Photoshop. Banners are 760x100 pixels as required by Etsy. Avatars are 75x75 pixels. When ordering, be sure to include your shop name and any bylines you would like shown exactly as you would like them to appear on the banner. I will send a sample for your approval. Once final approval is received, you banner will be emailed within 24 hours. My shop name will not appear on your final banner or avatar file.

Payment

I accept Paypal and Revolution Money Exchange. If you wish to pay RME, chose Other as the payment method and add your RME address in the comment section at checkout. I will send you an invoice.

Shipping

All items are shipped in a box. I never squish things in an envelope. The exception to this is the plain lined clips will be shipped in a padded envelope. Shipping includes delivery confirmation. Please take into consideration that the shipping cost includes more than the price on the stamp. I am a person who doesn't want to be overcharged for shipping, so I want to carry that over to my customers. If I overcharge you by more than a dollar, then I will refund you the extra shipping. If you would like to ship Priority or add insurance, contact me before paying and I will adjust the shipping price. If your shipping costs for multiple items is over $4.50, then I will upgrade your shipping to Priority. I ship within 3 days of payment clearing for items in stock. Most of the time it's sooner, but sometimes life happens. :)

If you are an international buyer, please contact me for shipping rates.

Etsy banners will be emailed within 24-72 hours of your payment. Again, most of the time, it's sooner, but sometimes life happens. :)

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, hair accessories can not be returned. If there is a problem or mistake on my part, please contact me so that we may resolve it quickly.

Banners can not be returned. If there is a problem, please contact me. I will do everything I can to make you happy with your purchase. :)

Additional Policies and FAQs

I love custom orders! If you see something in my store that you would like in a different color, size, ect, contact me and I'll make a separate listing just for you. Custom orders take up to one week to ship from the time payment is received. In the rare case that I can't get your custom order shipped in a week I will contact you to inform you of the delay.
