Payment

My preferred payment method is PayPal, but I also accept Checks and Money Orders (I will hold all merchandise paid for by check or money order until it clears, and then ship promptly). All payments must be received within 3 days or items will be re-listed.

There will be state sales tax of 8.25% added in PayPal if you live in California.

Shipping

I do my best to create something wonderful for you to enjoy and have in your hands as soon as possible! Your item will be packaged in a cotton lined gift box, and sealed with a ribbon. Pieces will arrive in a box (never an envelope), with delivery confirmation which is why my shipping costs might be a bit higher than average. Insurance is also available at your request. If insurance is not purchased, I cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves my hands. If you prefer another method of shipment, please contact me prior to paying. Please wait for a revised invoice after your purchase if you wish to add insurance.

International Shipments:
I ship with USPS First Class International. Please, contact me if you need expedited shipping and I will send you the shipping cost for your approval before I process your order. The receiving country may levy customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that the Postal Service does not deliver to all countries.

Most shipments are mailed within 1-3 working business days. If you should need your order sooner please let me know. If there is a delay for some unforeseen reason, I will email you immediately.

Please double check your shipping address, I always ship to the exact name & address on your payment Info. If you would like your package to ship to a different address you must convey to me through email immediately after payment.

•If you are a local customer and would like to come to my studio to pick up your order, please select other in the payment option section, and I will send you a revised invoice with no shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand behind all of my work, should you find something just doesn't fit right or the color wasn't quite what you were hoping for, contact me within 7 days of receipt of shipment and I would be happy to give you a refund or an exchange. All items can be returned or exchanged only within 7 days of receipt of the package. Sorry, I do not accept returns of custom orders, used goods, or sale/clearance items.

•If your item does not fit properly, please note that I am willing to resize any piece of jewelry for free within 30 days from date of purchase minus shipping charges.

Please contact me before returning an item. Returned items should be in new, unworn condition in the original packaging. Refunds will be given once the product is received by me. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

I am happy to repair an item. If an item is defective upon arrival due to a fault of mine I will repair it free of charge or offer a reimbursement for the original purchase amount. I will also cover the shipping costs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

PRODUCT VARIATION:
All items are guaranteed to be as pictured, allowing for individual characteristics unique to all handmade jewelry. Due to the handmade nature of our items, some variations may occur. Stones may vary slightly in color, size and shape due to their natural character.

JEWELRY SIZING & ADJUSTMENTS:
All of our jewelry can be shortened or lengthened upon your request. We do not charge for this service, as long as the adjustment is within two inches. Any adjustment over two inches we will need to adjust the cost accordingly and will let you know via email or phone.

It is important to contact me before you purchase if you need an adjustment, this way I can be sure I have the needed materials in stock. Please be sure to confirm your preference in the notes-to-seller box at check out. And finally, wait for your revised invoice before you pay.

SOLD ITEMS:
Most of my items can be reproduced. If you see something you like in the sold section, chances are it will be re-listed shortly. I may just be waiting for supplies. Don't hesitate to ask!

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I welcome Custom Orders and Special Requests! Let me know what style and materials you are interested in and I will let you know the cost, stone availability, and how long it will take to complete. To order a custom piece, contact me so we can discuss what you'd like. Before construction actually begins I require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all commissions and special requests. All commission and special request sales are final. Once your creation has been completed or is near completion, you will be sent a photograph of it via email. Upon approval of the design, final payment will be due and your creation will be sent to you!
