Hello and welcome to Bald Bunny Creations. I love to crochet, knit, cross-stitch, and well just about any craft I can get my hands on. I take pride in the work I do and try to perfect each and every item.

Each item is created in a Smoke and Pet free environment. I use all types of fibers and materials in creating my projects. If you are looking for that special something to decorate your home, gift for a friend or family, or even just to spoil yourself, I am sure I have something you will like.

If you find an item in my shop but would love for it to be in a differant color, just let me know. I accept all requests within my abilities to fulfill. In other words, custom orders are always welcome.

Payment

I prefer Paypal only at this time.
I do expect payment to be made within 3 days of purchase.
Items will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

Shipping

All items will be shipped standard first class USPS.

However, if you would prefer your orders shipped sooner, than all added cost will be expected to be paid by the buyer and the items will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are non-refundable after 7 days from the date the item is recieved. Buyer must contact me within 7 days to negotiate a return or exchange. Otherwise all sales are final.

The buyer pays for return shipping unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and Bald Bunny Creations.

Bald Bunny Creations is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are accepted. Please allow 1-3 weeks to make said item. Time varies with the size of each item and how many orders are ahead of yours. Buyer is not expected to pay for said item until they have viewed it and is satisfied with creation.
