Thank you for taking your time to take a look at my shop policies.

Payment

I accept Paypal, Money Order and Personal checks. I'll send your order as soon as I received your paypal payment confirmation or your personal check/money order is cleared.

If you want to pay with credit card, you don't need to open paypal account.

Shipping

Please note, after I received payment, it will need 3 business days to send your item, because all my images are on demand, so I have to send to a profesional lab. But if happenly I have a ready stock photo, I'll send your order as quickly as I can.
I'm a customer too, so I know how suck it is if your order is so slow.

I will ship your order with First Class Mail and if you'd like to ship with Priority Mail, please give me convo so I'll update the shipping fee.

For greeting card and photo order, please kindly give 4-6 days to send your order after I received your payment. Photos will be shipped with photo mailer and I'll sandwiched the prints with cardboard inside to prevent from damages.

For International buyers, I'm NOT responsible for any International custom, tax, tariff, or any charge or fee from your country regulations.


Local buyer can pick up their order! ;)

Refunds and Exchanges

For US Residents only :
If you're not satisfied with your order, you may refund within a week of receiving it.
If you want to exchange with other item, please give me convo with details and you may be responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

For International Buyers :
Sorry..NO refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Almost all of my prints are printed with Lustre finish on Kodak Endura Paper and Fujicolor Crystal Archive paper. But I'm flexible enough so, you can order a glossy paper print too! :) just sending me a message to seller, but if you don't give a ny note, I'll assume it's lustre.

I love customize my photographs. If you need postcards, notecards, framed photo, matted photo, anything just contact/convo me with details!
