I offer several lines of Jewelry to suit many styles, As a woman I am aware that one day we want simple, the next day something dressier. You can find that array here: High end, Vintage and trendy. As the changing seasons inspire me, you will also sea many nature theme items that go with corresponding time of year in NY. The summer collection means nautical, birds, branches and correlating coral, blue, green, brights, and pale colors.

All items are original ARTWARK designs, please note: infringing or copying any designs are expressly prohibited..

I enjoy fashion & keep up with popular styles/seasonal colors to keep you looking sharp! (cutting edge). However, my goal is to provide pieces that you will love to wear ("with a personal touch") Customizing is always available.

MISSION/VISION: Artwark sees jewelry as an ancient and organic thing. Making and wearing jewelry has empowered women to feel beautiful and pampered since the beginning of time when Caveman made his first bone and shell necklace for cavewoman... My goal is to make jewelry that will emphasize a woman's inner and outer beauty with a unique and meaningful adornment. In a day where women have so many responsibilities, we owe it to ourselves to occasionally treat ourselves. Women helping other women***. Let me help you feel great, or share your love for someone else with a gift!

Payment

I prefer paypal, but also accept money order or check if notified prior to sale. Items ship after full payment is received/cleared.

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. The longer it takes for payment to be received, the longer it will take for item to ship, as items are made in order of payment.

Shipping

I AM ONE OF VERY FEW SELLERS THAT OFFERS ONE LOW SHIPPING PRICE FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. ADDITIONAL PURCHASES ARE ONLY .50 shipping PER PIECE.

I make each item to order so please allow 2-6 days handling time for me to make your piece. You will RECEIVE YOUR ITEM IN 2-12 DAYS. Shipping is via USPS First class mail. If you need your item for a special occasion or event, priority and faster shipping services are available and can be arranged. Insurance is optional and recommended; Artwark cannot be responsible lost or damages incurred during transit.

international orders can take from 1-8 weeks to arrive First Class. Please be aware that your country may have additional taxes at customs, so if your item is taking a long time to arrive, contact your local post.

USA/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipped via First class shipping. If this is a gift, I offer free gift tags and special wrapping at request. Item will be sent to the ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE THROUGH ETSY, NOT THE PAYPAL ADDRESS. If you have not received your items, please verify that the address you requested is where you are looking and contact your local post in case it is being held there-especially for international orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satified with the length, or part of your item, you may send it back to be customized. There may be a minimal fee for materials and all shipping charges will be incurred by the buyer.

If you are not satisfied with your item, I am happy to do an exchange for you, or work with you for a solution we can both agree on. You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your item.

**CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. For custom pieces, I have to purchase and shop for specific materials for you. This takes time and energy on my part beyond just making an item. Please take this into consideration when selecting what you would like for a special order. I can always adjust length if need be as stated above.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS: If you have an idea for a custo piece, I am happy to comply. If you see something you like except for a few details, I can switch out metal, stones, shapes, charms, most anything at your request. I can also make matching items to complete a set of jewelry if you wish. I can make bridal sets, party favor pieces and much more. Feel free to contact me anytime for these requests.


****To practice my Women helping women ideal, this July, Artwark contributed a limited edition necklace to the SIS annual comedy event w. Eddie brille of the David Letterman show. Auction proceeds benefited a group aiding Breast Cancer survivors. If you have an organization or charity benefiting women in need, or upcoming event that you would like Artwark to participate in, please contact the shop.

For wholesale, please contact me. All items purchased from ARTWARK and sold elsewhere MUST be labeled as ARTWARK jewelry pieces, due to copyright. Selling ARTWARK under another name will not be tolerated.
