My goal is to make sure that you, the customer, are well satisfied with our Handmade products and that you enjoy the whole experience of using bath and body products that are healthy, moisturizing, non-irritating and safe for your skin.
Though there are items thats are not bath and body, i'm sure you will still find something pleasing and to your liking!

Payment

~If you are paying via Paypal, M.O or Cashiers Check, your order will be promptly shipped out upon clearing.

~With paypal or credit card paymemt is expected with-in 2 days and with money orders, 5 days. If no payment is recieved, matters will be turned ove to Etsy.

~During a sale, please wait for your revised invoice or your savings will be refunded back to your Etsy account.

~If you are paying via Money Order, Please state that in your "message to buyer" during check out. This lets me know that your payment is in the mail.

********************SHIPPING ANNOUCEMENT************************
The Holiday's are here and with that comes shipping. When placing your order please be mindful of Holiday shipping. To recieve your order in a timely manner please place all "specialty" orders by December 1st, to allow a 2 week turn over time and shipping. For items already made (located in my shop), plase place all orders by December 16-18th for First Class shipping via USPS and December 19th for Priority, so that your products can arrive in a timely manner!

~Your Items will be shipped out with-in 3-4 business days by USPS Priority or First Class. (unless you have placed a "special order please allow the alloted time discussed)

~I do combine S&H (with a flat rate please convo me for more information) and ship out items on Monday-Friday.

~Please be sure to have correct address for shipping. All Items are mailed to address noted on Paypal unless given alternant address through Etsy NOT my email address.

~I send packages (insured or not) with Delivery Confirmation and are not responsible for "unreceived" packages that are shown delivered.

~ I offer Delivery Confirmation (free) Insurance and Signature Confirmation, please let me know if you would like to add Signature Confirmation or Insurance at small fee.

~PLEASE, I URGE YOU TO ALLOW 7 FULL BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ITEMS TO REACH IT'S DESTINATION. I LIVE IN A AREA WHERE SHIPPING IS SLOW, AND ASK THAT YOU ALLOW A FULL WEEK TO RECIEVE YOUR PACKAGE. I AM SORRY FOR THIS BUT RECENTLY PACKAGES HAVE BEEN MOVING SLOW THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN AND WANTED TO KEEP COMMINUCATION CLEAR ABOUT THE SHIPPING.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is ever a case that requires a refund
I DO NOT refund the money until the item arrives back to me in the same condition it was sent. No exceptions.

I am not able to have control over the USPS services, so I please urge you to make "special" order purchase 2 weeks in advance.

Additional Policies and FAQs

~If you are purchasing a "special order", I do ask that 50% payment is made upfront and the remaining 50% before shipping. This is to insure my work is done and your items are recieved!

~ I will only hold a reserved listing for 3 days. After the 3 days it iwll come off of reserved and open to anyone to purchase. If you choose to have it placed back on reserved I will add the $0.20 for the relisting fee.

~Now accepting Wholesale Orders. I do ask that my name stay attached to my products BUT no link to connect back to me and my shop will not be used. I work hard to make my products and would like to be given credit for that. Please convo me for wholesale questions.

~If you are purchasing for a party, shower, ect. please place your order with-in a 2-3 week time slot. This is done to allow me to make your items and ship them off! Please inquire for more details

~If you see something or have something in mind you would like to have made, please contact me to discuss details.

The items you see in the shop ARE handmade my me, Anita. When you make a purchase the item you will recieve IS what is in the picture!
