Welcome! HildaLama is a different kind of vintage shop, with items owned and loved by my Aunt Hilda, and others who carry her verve and love of life. A portion of sales will be donated to Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association for the wonderful work they do every day.
Payment
Paypal, RME, Money Orders, Checks, and Credit Cards (contact me to do this).
Shipping
I will ship anywhere. Period. Let me know where you are and I will do my best to calculate that actual price, promptly.
All shipments in the USA are by USPS, priority or first class mail (depending on the weight).
Shipping prices include cost and time of packaging, and postal cost.
If you want express, insurance or confirmation, please contact me before you make your payment. I will adjust your order to reflect the changes.
I am not responsible for lost packages. Please contact me to get insurance or a tracking number.
Please contact me within 10 days of sale date to fix any problems with your purchase.
I will refund any excess shipping fees if the reality is less than the estimate, and the cost/time of packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges
Hilda wants you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. Most of these vintage items are in great shape, but if not, I will try to fully describe the wear, and hopefully you will not be surprised. Please contact me with any concerns about your order.
