I'm Jenny N. and I create beautifully and meticulously handcrafted bags for men and women. I really enjoy creating very durable bags that have great textures and colors.

I have a great interest in recycling pretty products and turning them into beautiful accessories. All of these repurposed items are ONE OF A KIND and reflect the creativity I try to bring in all of my products.

Payment

Currently accepting Paypal (which also accepts credit card without needing an account) and Money Order.

Shipping

Ready to ship items are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment!

Made-to-order items ship within "turnaround time" indicated under announcements.

Items are shipped to address provided on Paypal unless otherwise noted. If a different method of shipment is preferred, indicate on "Message to Seller" during checkout and wait for a new invoice.

All items ship via USPS First Class/International Air Mail.

Large leather bags (Baby Ruche, Ruched Bag, Briefcase) ship via USPS Priority (1-3 days domestic, 6-11 days international).

NOTE! I am not responsible for lost packages. If you would like to purchase insurance, upgrade to faster shipping, or downgrade to save money on shipping, please indicate in "Message to Seller" upon purchase and wait for a revised invoice!

Refunds and Exchanges

Custom Orders are final sales.
Made to Order and Ready to ship items may be returned for store credit only.

All bags are meticulously inspected before shipment; please message me the day of delivery if you find flaws when you receive the bag. We can work something out!!


PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PURCHASE:

- Read dimensions carefully to ensure the product works for you, dimensions are approximate and may vary +/- 1/4".

- Note that colors vary from monitor to monitor setting. Please ask for additional photos you are unsure of a color.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I gladly do custom orders. If you like a bag and want it in a different color or fabric type or find a bag in my sold items that you'd like, message me and we can brainstorm your dream bag!

There is a Custom Order Reservation "DOWN PAYMENT" for Custom Orders:

For non-leather bags, a $5 down payment is required before the item is made.

For leather bags, a $10 down payment is required before the item is made.

Upon payment, your bag will be made by the "turnaround time" listed on the shop announcement.

When the bag is complete, it will be photographed, listed (less the "down payment") and ready for your purchase!



WHOLESALE & CONSIGNMENT

I do wholesale.
I do NOT do consignment.
