I love making things it's relaaxing fun and good for the brain. I make everything myself, creative input from everywhere. There's no such thing as bored. I can vary the designs of the mobiles so if you have a particular favourite animal let me know and I'll make it & pop it in the shop.

Payment

Nimblejacks accepts payment with Paypal. Payment should be made within 7 days of buying on Etsy, non payment will mean I'll relist the item and cancel the sale. Why would you, you can never have too many nice things. If you cancel a sale please consider the hassle it causes evryone ,if you can avoid it if not let me know ASAP.

Shipping

Nimblejacks does not charge for insurance on shipping if you do want it included please let me know when you buy an item and I can add it on the shipping & ammend the invoice for you. I always keep proof of postage, if your items are insured and there are problems let me know and a claim can be made. Nimblejacks cannot be held responsible for items that aren't insured which arrive damaged.

Refunds and Exchanges

I always check my items very carefully before posting out, however if there is a problem please let me know ASAP and I will do my utmost to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Nimblejacks does sell consignement, though I do prefer wholesale orders. I welcome Alchemy requests or any other enquiries. Happy shopping on Etsy
