Welcome

Hello there. In all of these policies, please know that I'll do everything I can to do what's fair and make sure everyone's happy. I'll always be honest and upfront about everything.

Payment

You need to submit your payment within 24 hours of your purchasing the item. Otherwise I'll relist the item.

Shipping

I'll ship your item as soon as your payment clears. If you do purchase multiple items going to the same address, I'll be happy to give you a break on the shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're unhappy with the photo for any reason, you have 2 days to return it in its original condition for a full refund of the item's current price, less the shipping and handling. You're responsible for all shipping charges.

If something arrives broken, damaged or isn't what you ordered, I'll take care of the shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

While you are purchasing a photo print from me, please be advised that I still own the copyright to that image. Don't use it in any published work, resell it or otherwise do something that would infringe on my copyright without first obtaining my written approval. My lawyer is expensive, I don't want to have to involve him in all of this!
