Payment

Pay Pal and money orders are accepted. I will send a confirmation email when I receive your payment and will ship your purchase in a maximum of 72 hours from then.

Shipping

All paintings are shipped via First Class US mail in a maximum of 72 hours from receiving payment. If you care to add insurance or faster delivery please convo me for additional charges. I alway send an email confirming that I received your payment, and another email confirming when I sent your purchase.

All paintings and drawings are skillfully and carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Dirty Footprints Studio. If your purchase was delivered damaged or you are unsatisfied, please convo me immediately. Each separate situation is treated accordingly and attention to your happiness is priority.
