Thanks for shopping with Verne!
I do my best to make high-quality unique items. My shop policies are here to help things go smoothly. If there is a problem, please convo me. I'm very reasonable and easy to work with - a good sale is one where everyone walks away happy.
Payment
I accept PayPal only. Remember that you can pay through PayPal without an account.
Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, all items are pre-made and ready to ship within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. I ship USPS. I keep all shipping receipts and can provide a scan or fax as proof of shipment. If shipping is taking abnormally long, convo me and we'll try to figure out what is going on. If you haven't received the item after 30 days, I will issue a PayPal refund less shipping charges. Contact me immediately after ordering if you want insurance. I will adjust your bill accordingly. I do not offer insurance with free shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I only offer refunds (less shipping) for quality issues. I do my dangedest to take good photos and write accurate descriptions. I also take pride in my quality and do my best work for each item. I inspect each item and pass it off to my spouse for a double-check before shipping ... not much gets by her.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If your item becomes damaged for whatever reason (pit bull, small child, meteorite, etc.), please convo me. I will have you send photos to help me assess the damage, and see what I can do about repair.
If it's a small thing I'll usually just have you pay shipping to get it here and back. If it requires major surgery, I'll at least give you a quote for repair so you can decide if it's worth it.
