Thank you for visiting my shop and for supporting my artwork.
I will do everything possible to address any issues, provide detail information of each work and the processes of making them. Please feel free to ask more question/s about any product or you can request for more pictures or information. Your satisfaction is my happiness.

Payment

I prefer paypal and money order or bank draft from buyers within the United States. But outside U.S, I can only accept payment through paypal

Shipping

I will work with you on shipment. I will use ground shipment unless you requested otherwise. Special arrangement can be made for express or priority mail. I prefer my customer to contact me prior to making a purchase if a special shipment is required. International customers mailing will take approximately 10 or 12 days before arrival. Special arrangment can be made for priority or express mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will do everything possible to provide enough information about any product I'm selling. Because my work are handmade and unique, sales are FINAL unless there is a damage to the product. I will really appreciate my customers to request any information about the product before making a purchase so that they will be satisfied with the product.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I appreciate custom orders from customers, wholesales, but not interested in consignment. Custom orders should be accomplished with detail information and ideas . Thanks for your business and thanks for supporting rafremiart.
