Welcome

Luster Creations is designed, created, and produced by us using several different techniques and mediums to create each piece, including: lost wax casting, jewelry fabrication, enameling, various resin techniques, and beading. We pay careful attention to each detail and design each piece individually. Castings and various other pieces can be duplicated. If you are interested in anything, feel free to contact us to discuss making a version for you.

Payment

Paypal. Custom pieces usually require a down payment. Each design and payment situation will be worked out individually with the interested party. State and federal taxes do apply.

Shipping

Please allow a minimum of one week to produce new items. Some pieces take longer than others. If the piece is shown in our shop, that exact piece is available to you unless otherwise noted and can be shipped at your leisure. There is a 5 day return/ exchange policy and we will replace items broken during shipping. We use paypal and ship through UPS. If you want to arrange specific shipping methods, let us know.
