Payment

Currently I'm just a paypal girl, but I am willing to discuss other options if you have a special need. Please pay within 3 days or I will have to relist the item. If you're having technical difficulties or need to cancel an order, please contact me.

Shipping

Standard shipping prices are for USPS Priority with insurance and within the US, delivery confirmation. Regular orders generally ship the next business day after payment is received. Custom work usually ships in 2-3 days, but I will let you know when I can have it done it when discussing the other particulars of your specific order.

To protect the silks, I ship them inside a cotton sleeve sewn from birds-eye or flannel which can be reused as a burp cloth, diaper doubler, cleaning cloth, or a myriad of things. This is just one way I'm trying to help reduce the waste in this world as well as avoid plastics and their hazards.

**I have no problem shipping another way, either faster or slower, just convo me for a quote! Please keep in mind though that I live on an island in Alaska, so shipping through USPS I get standard pricing, but UPS and FEDEX charge through the nose (think $35 MIN, likely more) so I try not to ever use them. And I think insurance is crucial for both parties to prevent any irretrievable losses.

Refunds and Exchanges

Color not what you were looking for? I am happy to exchange unused items, just convo me within 7 days of delivery,explain your specific situation and I will do my best to accommodate. I do ask that you pay shipping for exchanges, just as described below for repairs. If you're unsure about a certain item but don't want to get stuck with the expense of exchange shipping, why not contact me with questions or request more pictures before purchasing? I'd be happy to help! For issues with custom orders, please contact me, their exchange will be considered on a case by case basis.

For all other problems, I will happily repair any item in need of maintenance free of charge. For repairs necessitated by excessive wear or user error, I ask only that you send a self addressed, postage paid envelope with the item so that I can return it to you. If I see that there has been a fault in my work, I will refund you the round trip shipping cost and either repair or replace the item at my discretion.

Again, if you need to avail yourself of either of these services, please convo me, and I will do my best to resolve any problems.

All items come from a smoke-free home and we have not treated or washed them with any chemicals or scented products, but we do have one very beloved bunny, and one sweet, silly kitty. (Though I do endeavor to keep them both out of my sewing room!)
