Thank you for visiting Robot Pop on Etsy! The following information is here to help guide you through your Robot Pop experience.

All jewelry and accessories in my shop are handmade by me in my studio. I enjoy using vintage finds and found objects in my creations, which I mix with new and handmade elements. Occasionally, I also have supplies listings to destash some of my overabundance of craft supplies or vintage finds I come across and can't keep for myself. All my handmade items and supplies listings are one-of-a-kind or limited edition. All orders from my shop include extra goodies. Please contact me if you have any questions or comments about anything in my shop. I'm happy to help all visitors to my shop in any way I can.

Payment

I will only accept PayPal and USPS postal money orders. PayPal payment must be received within 48 hours of your order being placed(or receipt of updated invoice, whichever is later) or your order will be canceled. Money orders are only accepted for domestic orders and must be mailed within 72 hours of your order being placed(or receipt of updated invoice, whichever is later). For money orders you must send a message or email confirming payment was sent or your order will be canceled. If the money order is not received within 7 business days your order will be canceled. No orders will be shipped until payment is received. I will attempt contacting you before canceling your order. The buyer may cancel their order at anytime before payment is made.

Shipping

All items are shipped to the address you provide during Etsy checkout. Domestic shipping is USPS first class package. Delivery confirmation is included with all domestic orders. International shipping is USPS international priority package. More areas of the world can be added by request. Please contact me before paying if you would like your shipping upgraded to USPS priority or if you would like insurance. Insurance is recommended for all international orders and domestic orders exceeding $20. Most orders ship within 3 business days of payment being received. You will receive email confirmation of your order being shipped within 48 hours of it being mailed.

I calculate shipping costs carefully. If your shipping costs happen to be more or less than charged the following will happen: For overpayment of shipping in any amount I will refund the overage to you through PayPal. In the case of underpayment of shipping in amounts exceeding $1.00 you will receive a PayPal invoice for the difference. The amount of the difference must be paid before your order will be shipped. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, then I will cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

I use bubble mailers, boxes, plastic bags, bubble wrap, and tissue paper for shipping orders. I try to reuse all of these items, if they are in good condition, to cut down on waste. If your order is a gift or you're against receiving previously used shipping items please include a note with your order, so I know to only use new materials when packaging your items.

Refunds and Exchanges

Before any refunds or exchanges can be made you must contact me via Etsy message or email. All packages are very carefully wrapped, but sometimes things get squished in the mail. Refunds and exchanges are only accepted for items which arrive damaged. Items must be returned to me within 30 days of the date they were shipped to the buyer. An exchange will be offered if the item can be repaired or replaced with an identical reproduction, or similar item of the same value. If the item must be replaced by a non-identical substitute the buyer will have their choice of any similar item of same value from my shop, or a refund of the original purchase price of the item, minus shipping.

Any item lost during shipping will be replaced using the refund scenario given above.

If at anytime your purchase becomes damaged through normal wear please contact me, and I'll work with you to arrange repairs for free or minimal cost depending on the repair needed. In this case their will be a charge for return shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Allergies: I understand that many customers may have allergies which may need to be accommodated. My studio is smoke and animal hair free. I have nickel free ear wires and silver plated or gold plated metal findings available by request. If you have any other allergy concerns please contact me before making your purchase.

Alchemy & Custom Orders: I'm happy to accommodate custom order requests. If you're interested in something you saw in my sold items or just like my style and want something one-of-a-kind just for you please send me a message to work out details. Please keep in mind that many of my materials are limited in quantity, so not all custom requests may be possible. I will do my best to work with you on materials, price, time frame, etc. through every step of the process. A payment plan will be set up based on the item being made. You will even receive photos of the finished item before you make final payment, so you know you're getting what you want.

Wholesale and Consignment: I'm open to wholesale and consignment inquiries. If you're a shop owner interested in working with me please send me a message with information on your shop and information on what items you're interested in.

Trades: I'm open to doing trades for items listed in my shop or custom items. Please contact me if you're interested, and include what you're interested in and links to where I can see what you have for trade.
