Welcome

I sincerely want a smooth transaction and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems at all, please contact me and I will do whatever I can to make sure you're satisfied.

Payment

I only accept PayPal. If you will need to take more than 3 days to pay or would like to cancel your order from some reason, just contact me and we will work it out. If payment is not received in 3 days and I have not received any communication from the buyer, I will cancel the sale and relist the item.

Shipping

I typically ship within 2 business days of a purchase, and I will contact you through a "conversation" to confirm a shipping date. If you need your item ASAP, please let me know and I will send it as quickly as I possibly can. International orders are shipped once a week.

I ship most items USPS First Class, with the exception of my jewelry boxes and other items over 13 oz. I can upgrade small items to Priority if desired- just let me know in "notes to seller" and wait for a revised invoice.

Shipping on multiple items can be tricky to figure out, so I've made my best guess and will refund the difference if I've estimated $1.00 or more too high.

I ship to confirmed PayPal addresses. If you would like to have an item shipped to an unconfirmed/gift address, please contact me first.

I usually use new shipping boxes, but all of my packing materials (styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, air pillows, etc.) are saved from shipments that I have received. Please reuse them again if you can!

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is defective or you are not happy with it, you may return or exchange it within 14 days- just contact me first and let me know what the problem was. In the case of a defective item, I will cover your return shipping. If you have just changed your mind, the item must be returned in its original condition, and the shipping cost both ways is your responsibility- but I will gladly refund your original purchase price.

I welcome custom orders through alchemy or conversations.

My items come from a smoke-free, pet-friendly home (though clay items don't tend to pick up fur).

I always leave feedback once a transaction is completed- that is, once I know that the item has arrived and the buyer is happy with it.
