Welcome to my shop! everything is drawn, painted, cut and HAND SEWN by me. No two are exactly the same so you'd be getting a truly one of a kinda piece of artwork to take with you everywhere! its like getting a tattoo without the pain!

Payment

Payment is required within the first 48 hours of item being purchased. If you are paying by money order or cashiers check, please be sure to let me know and we will talk about the timeliness of the payment.

Shipping

U.S BUYERS~orders shipped within U.S will be sent out the day after payment is received or cleared. all items OVER 50$ USD will be shipped USPS priority with insurance, delivery confirmation and will need to be signed for on arrival (signature confirmation).For other shipping options please convo me.
Any item BELOW 50$ USD will be shipped USPS first class with insurance and delivery confirmation. if you wish to upgrade to priority mail or for other shipping options please convo me and wait for revised invoice.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS~ items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment received and cleared. Items BELOW 50$ USD will be shipped International Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. The USPS DOES NOT OFFER A TRACKING NUMBER OR INSURANCE for this option so if you'd like both those things you will need to upgrade to INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL. This comes with insurance for the full amount and a tracking number. please convo me if this is something you'd like and i will send you a revised invoice.
Items above 50$ USD will be shipped INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL, which comes with insurance for the full amount and a tracking number. If you'd like another shipping option please convo me first and wait for a revised invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges- I do not offer refunds or exchanges. All of my purses are custom made and I like each owner to be the first owner. I have inspected each bag thoroughly prior to shipping to ensure the product is 100%. If there are any issues regarding the quality of the bag, please contact me and I will pay for shipping back to me to repair your bag. Bags do not last forever and they suffer wear and tear like any other items depending on how much you use it, but if it is within the first 30 days of purchase and is a flaw in the construction of the bag, please contact me.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Additional Policies and FAQs

custom orders- i'm limiting custom orders to 1 per person and to five at one time. so if you want a custom order but i have 5 custom orders i'm working on you will have to wait til the appropriate time. custom orders must be payed in full and price will vary depending on the complexity of the design(leather appliqué) and changes to item (i.e- extra pockets, larger size, etc.) please convo me about available colors.
