~ Please post return or exchange in original condition within 7 days of receiving to:

~ Trinkets & Roses will offer an exchange to the equal or higher value of the goods being exchanged if the goods are sent in original condition within 7 days of receiving

~ Trinkets & Roses will send the new item to the customer complimentary

Returns-
~ A full refund will be offered to the customer if the goods are returned to Trinkets & Roses in original condition within 7 days of receiving

~ In the event a customer wishes to return goods that formed a part of an exchange transaction only an exchange or gift voucher will be offered
