Payment

I accept Paypal and RME only. If you send a money order or personal check, it WILL be returned to you. If your only option is a money order please message me BEFORE purchasing and we may be able to work something out.
Paypal or RME payment must be made within three (3) days of purchase.
If you do not have an RME account and would like to sign up, I would appreciate it if you used my referral link.

Shipping

I try whenever possible to reuse shipping materials I have. If it will still securely hold an item, i will ship with it.

I will ship your items via USPS within 48 hours of received payment Monday-Thursday. Any Friday-Sunday orders will be shipped Monday. All items will include delivery conformation.
Insurance is optional, but recommended, please message me BEFORE paying if you'd like to add insurance to your package and I will provide a new total. Once an item leaves my hands I cannot be responsible for what happens to it.

I have no way of tracking packages outside the US so I ship small packages USPS First Class International. If you want to pay for USPS Priority International shipping please message me BEFORE paying and I will provide a new total. All International orders with a value greater than $50 will be shipped USPS Priority International and will be insured.

Shipping fees include postage AND packaging costs for USPS first class mail. Insurance is available for International shipping for an additional fee.

All duties, custom fees, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

At this time I will accept returns for store credit only.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We are a pet friendly home. I try as hard as I can to keep my animals from using my items, but occasionally a stray hair may make it's way into the box. If this is an issue please do not purchase my items. ALL items are clean and ready for use when shipped from my home.
