Hello everyone,

Let me tell you a little bit about how to take care of the jewelry.

Most of the jewelry features another material other than Sterling silver, therefore taking care of it is a little bit different.

For the pieces that have suede fibers and sterling silver do not dip the jewelry in a cleaning jewelry solution, instead use a swap, dip it in the jewelry solution and very carefully brushed the swap in the silver, not in the color part.

For bigger pieces such as a brooches with paper use the same method.

After this procedure, dip a clean swap in water and brushed the silver again.

It is a simple step, that will take care of your piece.

*Suede fibers are rayon flock fibers that provide a velvety finish to your piece.

Payment

I happily accept paypal, is the best way to guarantee fast shipments.


Please make sure that your Etsy and PayPal address match, if they do not, i will ship to the PayPal address.

I will ship your order within 48 hour of payment clearance, if you reside in the sate of New Mexico there is a tax charge of 7.9375%. Outside New Mexico there is no tax charge.

Shipping

As I mentioned before, I usually ship within 48 hours of payment clearing. Allow 3-5 business days for arrival. For custom orders may take a little longer, check listing to see time frame.

For U.S orders I am shipping through USPS priority mail. International orders are shipped by USPS First class international mail, this does not include insurance. If you would like to insured it convo me as soon as possible to make arrangements.

If you order on Friday, I will ship your order on Monday, I don't ship orders on the weekends. If you would like a different shipping method such as overnight contact me as soon as possible so that we can make the right arrangements.

On orders over $100, insurance is included. Contact me if you would like your order to be insured, you would be responsible in covering these expenses.

If you would like your order to be shipped as a gift, send me a note to make the proper arrangements.

Your purchase will be wrapped in tissue paper and I will safely package it.

Refunds and Exchanges

I would like for you to be satisfied with your purchase, I stand behind my jewelry. But if for any reason you are not, contact me as soon as possible at eliana.arenas [!at] yahoo.com.

I accept returns 15 days of purchase, if your order does not fit correctly or was damaged in transit. Shipping fees are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for shipping charges in returning/exchanges cases.

Custom orders cannot be returned.
