Payment

I only accept PAY PAL... I feel it's the best way to shop on-line. :)

Payment is expected at time of purchase.

If I do not receive payment within 72 hours of order, I will cancel the order and re-list the item.

If you are having problems with the "payment process", contact me and I will help you through it! :)

Shipping

I use the USPS. If you want a rush delivery, please contact me prior to purchase so I can give you the rates.

~~~ NOTE~~~ All items will be shipped to you by 1st class international mail.... unless you request something other. 1st class can be slow, but it is the least expensive.

Refunds and Exchanges

LOST OR DAMAGED


I am not responsible for any lost or damaged item. Please contact the post office to file a claim if this should happen to you.

Items shipping within the U.S. will be sent with a tracking feature. I will forward any information you need in order to help you file a claim.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you decide to return an item, please read and do the following:


1. You must return the item to me within 5 business days of you receiving the item.

2. I will NOT accept any returned package unless I am notified AND you receive acknowledgment of that notification, FIRST. I have no problem accepting a return, but only as a last resort. :)

If you do not complete this step of contacting me prior to a return, I will NOT refund your money. Sorry! :(

3. In addition, I must receive any returned item, PRIOR to any monetary refund.

4. Please note that if you choose to return an item, you must pay for the additional (return) shipping fees, unless otherwise indicated.

EXCHANGES

I do not accept exchanges at this time, due to the OOAK (one of a kind) nature of the items I have listed.

Therefore, you can simply return an item, by following my refund policy.
