Welcome and thank you for stopping by CatheavenCrafts. I take great pride in my handcrafted products and am thrilled to be able to offer them to you.

Payment

I accept payment by either paypal or money order. Please no checks. Paypal payments must be received within 3 days of purchase or item will be relisted unless a message is sent.

Money order must be received within 10 days or item will be relisted unless a message is sent.If payment is by money order product will ship once the money order has been processed. Paypal purchases will sent out within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Shipping

I ship via USPS first class mail. Shipping insurance is the buyer's option. If shipping insurance is desired please add $1.70 to your payment or send me a message to add insurance and I will revise your invoice. Some items may require delivery confirmation which will be stated in the item description.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your product. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order you may send it back for a refund minus the shipping costs within 7 days.
I can offer exchanges but please remember since each item is handmade the item may differ from the original bought.
