Payment

I accept Paypal only at this time. Please note that sometimes PayPal considers certain payments "eChecks" and will hold the payment for 5-7 days. I will ship only once the payment has cleared. For shipping anywhere in Texas, sales tax must be collected, so please expect a 8.25% sales tax on the purchase price only (not including shipping).

Shipping

All photographs are sealed inside a cellophane wrapper to protect it from moisture damage. They are then placed inside a stiff cardboard mailer envelope, which prevents bending. All items ship via USPS.

For my paintings, each will be packaged securely to ensure protection from moisture and bending during shipping. These will also be shipped via USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final unless the item received is incorrect or not as described. If there is a defect with your purchase, please let me know immediately. I will send out a refund or a replacement (replacements for photographs only) once the item is received back in its original condition, but shipping charges are not refunded.
