Welcome to my policies page! I'll make this as quick and straightforward as possible. Please feel free to convo me if you have any questions or queries. :)

Payment

I accept Paypal only.

**IMPORTANT**
Please ensure your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. Orders will be delayed if they don't - I'll have to confirm the correct address with you before shipping.

Any orders unpaid after 3 days with no communication from the buyer will be cancelled and relisted.

Shipping

I ship Monday through to Thursday. I almost always ship the day of or day after I receive a cleared payment.

I will let you know via convo when I have received your cleared payment and again when I have officially shipped your item to you.

Shipping fees include postage and packaging but do not include insurance. If you do wish to have insurance added to your postage, please convo me for a quote prior to purchase.

I wrap each critter in bubble wrap and then place it into a ziplock bag to make sure no damage is incurred on the item during shipping. My items are sent in boxes...not padded envelopes to make sure there is no change to the shape of the critter while it is handled during transit.

All international packages are sent via airmail and will take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks to arrive at the destination....that being said, it normally only takes 2 weeks (sometimes less) for items to reach the nominated country.

**Please note** I am not responsible for any international customs fees. This is solely the buyer's responsibility and no refund for customs fees will be given.

I will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items after they have left my hands.

I do my very best to keep my shipping prices spot on or slightly under what Australia Post charges me for postage and packaging. I will happily refund you for any postage overcharge.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with my collector toys, I will happily return or exchange it if you contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned to me in its original condition. I will refund the purchase price minus shipping, and you must pay for return shipping.
