Welcome

I make each piece to order...this means you dont have to worry about someone else trying on YOUR circlet before you recieve it. The nice thing about this system is that I can customise your piece if need be, so feel free to ask if you want something a bit different than you see it in the photo.

Payment

I accept Paypal from everyone, everywhere.

I can accept Check or money orders, but ONLY if you are a US resident, or see below for UK cheques and postal orders.

I now also accept REVOLUTION MONEY EXCHANGE (only available in the US at this time)-convo for details.

UK Customers:
If you would like to send a cheque or postal order, please contact me for our UK address to make life much simpler for both of us! My mum Kathy is head of our 'Scottish Office' and will be happy to record your payment for me there.

Shipping

US SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise noted, I ship USPS first class or priority with delivery confirmation. Insurance is included on larger orders at no extra charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise noted or discussed, I ship USPS International First Class. There is no tracking available with the lower priced service, but I do insure larger orders automatically.

SHIPPING TIME:

It is not an exact science, but I do try to get all orders in the post within 3-4 days of purchase, so most US locations can expect delivery in about 7-10 days, depending on my workload at the time and the mysterious gods of postal ebb & flow...

If you need something in a hurry please convo me (before purchasing!) and I will do my best.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase from Pern Circlets.
Please feel free to ask lots of questions before you purchase and before I ship, so I can get your piece right for you.

I accept exchanges or returns for shop credit(credit good here OR in our Thyme2dream etsy shop) as long as you notify me within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping cost is your responsiblity, unless the problem is a mistake I have made (wrong colour, wrong ear, etc).
