Hello, and thank you for visiting my site and policy page. I hope you find my pieces as candy for your eyes as I find creating them for you. I am a multi-media artist, and beader. I have been crafting since I was 9 years. I am inspired by nature and it's ever changing colors and forms. When creating my pieces, color combination is important. This includes the metals I use. I love copper because of how beautiful it looks against certain glass beads. You will find that most of my pieces of jewelry are made with copper, or other dark metals that are purposely treated as to appear like a vintage aged look, and I strive to capture that look in all my pieces. Although I prefer to keep my pieces one of a kind, I will agree to change the metal used to your preference. For instance; if you see a piece you'd rather have in Sterling Silver, do ask, and you shall receive.

Payment

We do not accept checks, but we gladly accept money orders or paypal. Payments must be received within 7 business days of the sale.

Shipping

Items are shipped within 3 business days of payment confirmation. If using Paypal, make sure your address is the same as your Etsy shopping address. OR use the Message section to message the seller if address is different from what your account indicates. Also, do contact me if you wish to send any items purchased as a gift. I'd be happy to gift wrap with a personalized note, and send to a different address under the same terms; shipping to: United States is free; Canada is $3.50; and outside of USA is $5.00.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will gladly accept any item for exchange/credit with the exception of earrings due to sanitary reasons. Buyer must pay for return shipping fee; items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date in order to receive credit; items damaged or abused by buyer will not be accepted.
