Payment

I accept payments through Paypal.

All payments must be received via PayPal within 3 business days. I reserve the right to cancel a sale if payment is not received on time.

Shipping

1. I generally ship once a week. Contact me if you want your items sent out in the next business day or two.
2. U.S. customers, if you need your item as fast as possible, please contact me about shipping before you purchase and I'll adjust the price accordingly.
3. Once your items have shipped I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items so if you would like your item insured (U.S.A. customers only), please contact me about before sending payment.
4. I do ship to other countries, but you, the buyer, are responsible for knowing your country's customs and other laws and you must pay any customs charges incurred.
5. Since I work hard to create or earn my beads, focal beads (including those beads strung on necklaces) may be individually wrapped in bubble wrap, placed inside an inexpensive jewelry box, and that box is placed inside a bubble wrap envelope.
6. By default I ship by the cheapest method available, but if you would like a tracking number for your package, please let me know before you buy because that may affect the price.

United States

I charge $3.50 for each item sent to each address. Additional items sent in the same shipment to the same address will cost an additional $0.75 each.

International Shipping

I charge $4.25 for each item sent to each address. Additional items sent in the same shipment to the same address will cost an additional $1.75 each.

I cannot insure items sent to foreign countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

All purchases are final.
