Bows:
I heat seal all ribbon ends to prevent fraying. Alligator clips are partially lined with grosgrain ribbon. Bows are sprayed with a light stiffner to help them maintain their shape.

I'd love to create custom bows for you. Just convo me for any custom orders.

Looking for ideas for custom bows or not seeing exactly what you want...browse my sold items and custom orders. If there is something you see that you want just convo me!

Clothing:
All the boutique clothing I create is made especially for you. You aren't locked in to the picture. Have an idea you would like to see? Just let me know.

All seams are serged and topstitched where appropiate. All fabrics, tee and jeans are prewashed prior to construction to prevent shrinking.

Part of the charm of handmade clothing is that no 2 peices are exactly the same. Enjoy knowing that your creation is one of a kind.

I do substitute tees and jeans depending on availability. If you need a specific style let me know.
**CUSTOM ORDERS**
I am very happy to make custom orders. Please send me a convo or "request custom item" on the right of the page below "feedback".

Payment

All orders must be payed for using paypal (including echeck) or money order. Payment must clear before shipping.

Custom listings that have not been completed with 3 days will be canceled. I will be happy to relist if needed.

All orders must be paid for before work begins.

Shipping

Every bow is a custom order. If you did not specify a color option at check-out I will make the color pictured. If you want a different color just send me a convo.

All bows are shipped within 5 business days, and usually sooner. If you need something in a rush just send me a convo and I'll do my best to make it happen.

Bows are shipped USPS First Class mail unless you arranged otherwise. First class mail usually takes about 5 days to arrive. Need it sooner? I can set up a priority listing for you also.

Clothing takes about 2-3 weeks to create, depending if I need to custom order supplies. If I am ordering fabric I will let you know when to expect your set comepleted. Clothing is shipped priority mail and usually takes 2-3 business days.

To help our enviornment, I use recycled packaging materials whenever possible. Of course, they will still be packaged with care.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with any of your bows please convo me so I can fix the problem. If you aren't satisfied and we can't work out a solution, you can always return your bows in original condition for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Clothing is non-refundable because it is custom made for you and specific to your measurements. If you have any questions about measuring please ask! If you aren't happy please let me know. Although I can't offer a refund, there is still a lot I can do to make it perfect.
