Please feel free to convo me with any questions you may have about any of my items.

I can do simple color change requests, as well as, completely custom orders.

My standards for customer service are high, so please feel free to give me your comments, suggestions and complaints to help me better my business.

Payment

Payment Methods:
Paypal, Revolution Money Exchange, Money Order

Terms:
Payment due within 5 days of sale. *Special arrangments can be made in particular circumstances.

Items will shipped when payment is received.


Please make order cancellations within 2 days of sale.

Shipping

I will ship standard service unless you request otherwise.

Additional charges will apply and will be sent to you via updated invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will gladly exchange any item that does not meet your expectations if I am notified within 3 days of delivery.

NO refunds will be given.

Alchemy orders and custom orders will NOT be exchanged.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please make ALL custom orders through alchemy.

Simple color change requests can be made through convo BEFORE you purchase. *Note* all color change orders have a $2.00 "custom color" fee in addition to the listing price.

Please allow 5 to 7 additional days for all color change orders.

Additional time for all Alchemy Custom Orders will be noted in the Alchemy convo for that particular item.
