Payment

Pay Pal and POSTAL money orders only, please. Payment expected within 3 days of commitment to purchase if using PayPal, within 10 days if sending a money order via US mail.

Shipping

We ship at the end of each week. If you require your item(s) more quickly, convo us for arrangements. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Shipping on items under 1 pound will be via USPS parcel post, or first class mail when available for specific items.

Items 1 pound or more will generally be sent using Priority Mail.

International shipping will be via standard US mail/parcel post due to recent increases in international shipping rates from the USA.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and/or exchanges available ONLY on tools *IF* the item(s) can be proven to be defective. Refunds will be issued only after we receive the item back so that it may be inspected by us to be sure that we are actually at fault for the defect.

No refunds or exchanges on fiber products - roving, batts, yarn.

No refunds or exchanges on pattern purchases.

No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

Disclaimer regarding hackles and wool combs:

We expect that our buyers will use care and extreme caution when using our hackles & wool combs. These items should be stored away safely when not in use and not be left where young children or pets can come into contact with them as the spikes/nails used in their construction are extremely sharp and can cause serious injury.
