Welcome to DIY Fluffies etsy webshop. DIY Fluffies are designed and handmade kits and patterns made by Mariska Vos-Bolman.

Mariska started creating plush called Fluffels and now makes these kits for people that want to create their own plush.

Payment

You can pay with creditcard through paypal or with bank transfer if you live in the Netherlands or another country in Europe. You don't need a paypal account to pay with paypal, only a creditcard.
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account."

Shipping

I'm located in the Netherlands. Shipping time to the USA is ussualy a week. This can be delayed by customs, but that rarely happens.

Shipping time within europe is 3-5 days.

PDF Patterns are sent out through email within 24 hours, weekends 48 hours.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the order has been damaged during shipping I will repair it for free. Items must be shipped via priority mail with delivery confirmation. I cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipment process. You have to pay for these shippingcosts yourself, I will pay for the return to you shippingcosts.
