Ugly but Clean SoapWorks carries a full line of all-natural, eco-friendly, veggie-friendly soaps. Our soaps are handmade in small batches and contain only the highest quality base oils, butters, botanicals, and essential oils. Many of our ingredients are organic. We will soon be offering a line of 'Non-Soapy Sundries' as well!

Why Ugly? Well, it's simple, really. UBC Soap isn't your run-of-the-mill, mass-produced, commercial soap made from synthetics and detergents. No blinding white, perfectly shaped bars here. Instead, we're partial to the ugly-soap-ducklings! We welcome imperfections, irregularities, and not-white colors - everything that gives our soap its unique look!

Because after all - it doesn't have to be pretty to get you clean!

Everyone knows that life is short… and the same rings true for Uglies! Water is not Ugly-friendly so, to postpone the inevitable, do not let your Bar sit in water between uses. But don’t worry – there’s an Ugly born every minute (well, there’s enough here to keep you well-stocked anyways!).
