If you would like a specific color combination or style, or like something I have previously sold, please feel free to make a request!

PRICING for CUSTOM ORDERS may differ from similar items that are already listed. I take into account the time involved as well as the materials used. I will always give you a quote upon request.

GIFT CERTIFICATES are available. Please convo me for details.

Payment

I only accept PAYPAL at this time.

*IMPORTANT* Please make sure your Paypal shipping address and Etsy shipping address are the same. I use all Paypal address as a reference for shipping.

If I do not accept payment within 24 hours, please let me know what's up or I will cancel the sale after letting you know.

Shipping

I ship everything USPS first class mail. If you need priority shipping I just have you pay the difference. Shipping includes packaging and handling. All of my hair accessories come nicely wrapped in tissue paper with my card for a nice gift giving touch!

I always try to send orders within 48 hours after purchase, let me know if you need it quickly for something important (like family pictures!).

If you would like your order sent as a gift to someone, I will gladly include a gift card free of charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back! Please notify me right away if you have any problems with your purchase and I will do my best to fix it. Shipping costs not included.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Most of my hair accessories are made from random bits and pieces that I have collected from many different places. Because of this I am only able to offer wholesale pricing on items already listed in my shoppe. In other words, I cannot usually make 25 of the same style clip. Sometimes I am lucky though, and remember where things came from, so let me know if you are interested in one style.

Otherwise I offer 10% off per 10 items you order. So 10 items would be 10%, 20 items 20%, with a 20% limit. This is only for wholesale.
