Welcome to pepperhemBABY. We are very friendly and will answer all convos. We will put together sale packages including 2 onesies for $30 or 3 onesies for $40, just convo us and we will make it happen!

Shipping

We are currently shipping First Class Mail with delivery confirmation within the states. International customers can contact us for shipping prices.

The post office is usually great, however, once in a while an item may take a bit longer than expected. It will most likely show up a few days late but if you have not received your order within 3 weeks of the date of the paypal postage notification that was sent to your email, please contact me so we can track it down!

We are not responsible for any customs fees or tariffs that may occur when items are shipped out of the states!!

Refunds and Exchanges

All items may be exchanged or returned WITHIN 7 DAYS of arrival according to the date of USPS delivery confirmation.
The buyer will pay for the postage of the item to be shipped back to us and if the item is being exchanged we will pay for return shipping of the new item back to the buyer.

If you are purchasing any items to be sent as a gift please let us know and we will include a cute little notecard with whatever saying you choose instead of a receipt. Please include this information in the notes to seller (along with design and size)
