*** All products are handmade from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Well, we do have pets but they live in fish tanks :) so I don't know if that counts. ***

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 2 days of receiving cleared payment. I will ship to the address you provided on the ETSY RECEIPT, unless otherwise stated on your message.

Orders are shipped via regular Canada Post mail. Depending on the weight, shipment usually takes between 6-10 business days. Please note however, that there are instances when customs will hold and inspect the item which may delay delivery time for up to 4 weeks. Feel free to convo me if you have not received your item after in 3-4 weeks and we can work something out.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. At any time within 30 days of receipt of your item, if you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item in its original condition and I will gladly refund or replace it for you.

I welcome any wholesale orders! Wholesale is 40% off my etsy list prices. Minimum order of $250 applies. Please send me a convo if you are interested, I am able to customize pretty much everything, from the jewelry itself to packaging to incorporate your store's logo.
