Thanks for visiting our shop!

We operate an insured business and do our baking in a licensed commercial kitchen. We are an LLC and also hold a NYS food handler's license. Mark, the chef, has over 12 years experience working in the restaurant industry in NYC, 8 of those years as a Pastry Chef. All of our products are hand-made and hand-packaged by us in Brooklyn.

* PLEASE NOTE: Our products are made in a facility that processes foods that contain wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, and chocolate. While some cookies may not contain all of these products, trace amounts of them may be found in our products.

Payment

Payment should be completed within 3 days of order. We accept Paypal and credit cards through Paypal. It is possible, in certain circumstances, to arrange local delivery and pickup in the NYC area. If you wold like to pay by credit card not associated with your paypal account, convo us and we will send you a credit card invoice.

If you would like an invoice included in your shipped order, please let us know, otherwise all packages will go out without printed invoices in an effort to save paper.

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority within the US within 4 business days of order. Once it is shipped, orders generally arrive 1-3 business days depending on geographic location. Unfortunately, we generally do not do international shipping because of the perishable nature of most of our products and the excessive cost of international shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Although we cannot be held responsible for what happens to packages after it leaves our hands at the post office, we will work with you if a package arrives extremely damaged. We try and pack our boxes as carefully and with as much padding as possible, without adding excessive weight to the shipping cost.

Because there is no way we can customize shipping costs by region on etsy, if your paid shipping costs greatly exceed what the actual shipping costs entailed (minus handling fee), we often will offer to refund the difference.
