Payment

Payment for any item purchased from Fatally Feminine Designs is expected at check out. If I do not receive payment or communication from you, your order will be canceled. If you need some time, contact me & I will gladly reserve an item for you. Paypal is the only form of payment accepted.

Shipping

All items ship within 24-48 hours excluding custom orders and made to order items. I will always send you a convo to let you know when your item ships.

I ship worldwide. I ship all packages First Class Mail (2-5 days within the US & 5-10 days worldwide). Please let me know if you need a quicker shipping method and I will give you a price quote.

I do NOT ship items in boxes, this allows me to cut down significantly on the cost of shipping. Items are all shipped in small jewelry boxes packaged inside of bubble mailers. This method is secure and will keep your purchase from damage. If you still want your item shipped in a box, please be aware that you will be charged an additional $3.00, due to the cost of the box and added weight. You must convo me for this option.

**Please be aware that the "Shipping" price is a "Shipping & Handling" price, which means this price also includes the cost of packaging in addition to the cost of postage.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase so if any questions or concerns arise please convo me or send me an email and I will do my best to get the situation resolved. Refunds/Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

-All items ship in a small jewelry box and bubble mailer for a safe arrival and pleasing packaging. I take great care and plenty of time to package each item.

-Since all of my items are made with care, please wear them with care also, never be rough on them on wear them while working out, bathing, washing hands etc. My work can be more delicate than mass produced items.

-Trades are not being considered currently. I will be open for trades at a later date.

-Want something made specifically for you? No problem, I love custom orders because I love working one on one with my customers to get them something they will really love! Send me a convo to get your custom piece. ***All Custom orders will require a 50% upfront deposit before work can begin. The price of the item will not be changed after the work has been completed.
