Welcome to Snoutmamma's Doggie Designs at Etsy! We are glad you are here and hope you find something great for your furbaby. All my designs are handmade by me purely for the satisfaction of making you and your baby happy!

Payment

Payment is preferred by PayPal, but money orders are also accepted. 6.75% tax for orders in North Carolina.

Shipping

The formal policy is to allow me 10 days to custom make your order and ship it. This is because sometimes I can be low on fabric, lace or ribbon. Usually I have all supplies on hand and can make your item and ship sooner, or I have it in stock in your size for faster shipping.

I will ship to Canada, but please allow extra time. 20 days is suggested for Canadian orders.

Insurance can be placed at buyer's expense. Please tell me if you would like insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

if you must return an item, refunds will only be issued after the item is returned to me at the buyer's expense.

Exchanges for a like item are handled after the original item is returned.

For items too small, I reserve the right to add on velcro tabs at cost to make the item large enough if you measure wrong.

I use USPS. Please request insurance....

I only charge $3.00 postage to keep the cost low. If you order more than one item, shipping will be $1.00 for each additional item.

xxs- neck 6-8 chest 10-12 length 8
xsm neck 8-10 chest 12-14 length 10
sm neck 10-12 chest 14-16 length 12
med neck 12-14 chest 16-18 length 14

Anything larger is a custom order and will cost more.

D-rings can be added to any shirt or vest for $2.00 more.
