Welcome

Hello and welcome to the Roadside Projects shop.

Payment

I currently accept payment through PayPal only. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use the service to pay with a credit card. At the end of the checkout process, simply click “Pay with PayPal” and you will be taken to the PayPal site where you can enter your credit card info.

Please note that all orders shipped to a California address will be charged sales tax (8.75%).

Payment is expected at the time of order. If payment is not received within 3 days, I will cancel the sale.

Shipping

As soon as payment is received, please allow up to one week for your order to ship.

You can check the status of your order by going to "Your Etsy" > "Purchases". I will mark your order "shipped" as soon as it is in the mail.

U.S. – Prints are shipped USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days for delivery). All other items are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days for delivery) with delivery confirmation and complimentary insurance for orders over $75.

INTERNATIONAL – Prints are shipped USPS First Class Airmail (8-10 business days for delivery). All other items are shipped USPS Priority Airmail (5-10 business days for delivery) with complimentary insurance for orders over $75.

* Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the United States.

Prints are sealed in archival poly sleeves with backing board and shipped in rigid fiberboard mailers. All other items are meticulously packaged with layers of bubble wrap to ensure their safety in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please contact me within 1 week of receiving your item and I will gladly consider a refund or exchange.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged from a rough journey through the mail, just let me know and I will send a replacement immediately.

CARING FOR YOUR ORIGINAL PAPER ARTWORK

Many of my original paper works are sold in handmade frames with open fronts. To guarantee your piece a long and happy life, please follow these simple instructions:

1. Hang out of direct sunlight.

2. Dust, as needed, with a hair dryer set to 'cool' or with a canned air duster such as Dust-Off.
