AmberSphereArt's Shop Policies

Welcome

All items are made with all new materials, unless otherwise stated within the item description. Every item comes from a smoke free home. I do have a short haired cat and short haired mini dachshund that don’t get involved with my work.

Payment

I accept and prefer to be payed with Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still pay securely with credit or debit card through Paypal. I also accept trades and money orders. If these options somehow don't work for you, then please contact me so that we can work something out.

Shipping

All items are shipped with USPS via first class or priority. Ships out Monday through Friday (except for holidays), usually within 48 hours of payment clearing.

Shipping costs: I try to be fair with my shipping costs. So when you are buying two or more items and the cost of shipping adds up to more than one dollar (USD) over actual shipping costs (postage plus packaging), then I will refund that extra amount.

International Shipping: I currently ship to the US and Canada. Otherwise I offer international shipping on a case by case basis. So if you live outside the US or Canada, please do contact me with where you live for a shipping estimate.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. If you are wanting to make a return on a purchase, you can return the item and receive either a refund or merchandise credit (minus all shipping costs). Exchanges are also an option. Just make sure to contact me first.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I can also make custom orders. Even if it's just a different color of something I already have for sale. Just contact me with what you have in mind, and I'll see what I can do. I aim to please, so don’t be afraid to ask. =)
