Thank you for stopping in and reading a little more about my shop. Everything I offer is individually made and wrapped/sealed, by myself, in a smoke free pet free evironment, and I'm really proud to offer it. Please don't be shy about leaving feedback. I truly take constructive criticism to heart.

Payment

I accept Paypal and I love accepting Paypal so thank you for all who use this method!
I will accept checks also, but once this offer is abused I retain the right to discontinue.
I will accept credit card purchases as well, however can only do so through paypal. For those of you who are concerned, I don't believe you have to have a paypal account to choose and pay with a card.

Shipping

I will ship all orders as soon as I can. All orders will be shipped out within a week from payment receipt. This leaves a buffer for weather, and other such unforseeable events that may cause me delay in driving to the post. If you need an order shipped in a rush, please convo me and I will do my best to meet your needs.

I will always default to shiping parcel post, my products are not fragile and won't expire quickly, but, if you would prefer your order shipped priority, next day etc. please let me know and I will give you a personal shipping quote, and get the order out immediately. I understand that birthdays, holidays, and other happy days can sneak up unexpectedly :)

I do ship internationally, however shipping rates are all over the map for that! So, I will let you know if shipping is much more and send a paypal invoice if need be.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of these items, I will not accept returns of any kind, however if you are dissatisfied, please tell me straight away and we will come to an arrangement to make it right. I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will gladly accept custom orders such as party favor requests, gift baskets or larger quantities. I will set up a private listing for you to purchase your specially requested order, which will become a public listing if not purchased in ten business days from posting.

Please respect private listings and do not purchase one that is assigned to someone else. I will gladly duplicate a custom order if you notify me.
