My hope is that you will absolutely love your jewelry, but if after purchasing one of my items you are unhappy, please contact me. I will do my best to rectify any issues that may arise. I will refund the purchase price if the item is returned within 10 days and in the same condition as when it was purchased.

Payment

Payment by Paypal is expected within 3 days of your purchase. Otherwise I will try to contact you by convo. If I am unable to reach you after 3 days, the item will be re-listed and negative feedback will be left.

Shipping

I use USPS for my shipping and will do my best to ship your item within 2 business days of payment.

NOTE: Insurance is available for any item that is shipped in the USA. All items and orders valued over $25.00 are automatically shipped with delivery confirmation.

Insurance:

$1.70 ....$00.01 to $50
$2.15 ....$50.01 to $100
$2.60 ...$100.01 to $200

If you would like to add insurance to your order, please let me know before you finish your transaction and I will send you a revised invoice.
