Welcome

With all my jewelry, the paper is vintage from my supply of aged hymnals, magazines, and books, unless it is a copy of a photo or the image has to be shrunk to fit; the solder is lead-free; and nothing is perfect, just like life itself.

The steel cable choker will always be sold separately from the charms and pendants. I have repeat customers that want additional charms but already have a choker, so if you do not have a choker on which to hang your charm, be sure to order one.

Payment

For my own ease, I have only listed Paypal as an option for payment in my Etsy shop. If you live in my area and know me personally, I would be happy to hand-deliver your item and accept payment by check or cash. In such case, please contact me BEFORE you purchase the item (click contact espressivo under espressivo's info on the side bar) and I'll change my payment options to accept checks.

Shipping

I carefully package and ship items first class mail. If you live in my area and know me personally, I would be happy to hand-deliver your item. In such case, please contact me BEFORE you order (click contact espressivo under espressivo's info on the side bar) and I'll change the shipping cost of your item(s) to free shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item was damaged in shipping, please contact me to resolve the issue. I may be able to repair the damage, or can replace the item. Most of the items I make are unique, so I may not be able to reproduce your piece exactly, but will always give a best effort.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Most of my sales are for people who have seen my work and request a custom order.
