Hello there!
All of our products are hand made. Sushi rolls are made by the order so you are ensured a fresh new set of rolls to your kitty's wishes.

Pillows can be made to a specific size if you like or the sizes we offer. All pillows have matching yoyo mats that can be used on tables, couches, cushions, or as miniature quilts for your pet. Pillows also double as a great cushion for you!

Sashiko pillows are hand decorated, fabric can be any solid color you like (please keep in mind only white thread is generally used unless requested)

Custom orders are welcome just contact us with an idea of what you need and we'll give you an estimate of any additional costs needed.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal.

If you are a Rochester, NY local and the stores that feature our products are close to you you can pick them up there also.

If you would prefer a different form of payment (check or cash) please contact us and we will let you know if we can accept a different form aside from PayPal.

All bulk/wholesale orders must be paid via PayPal, we cannot accept Checks (We appologize for the inconvenience).

Shipping

We only use USPS first class mail (the average time it takes from the post office to your home is between 1 to 3 days) all packages have a tracking number included and will be sent to you.

If you would like a different form of shipment, let us know prior to ordering.

If you live outside of the US, we will ship USPS First Class International Mail (the average time varies but this is generally one of the longer ways to deliver but the cheapest). The second option is to mail via Flat Rate box which starts at about $16.00 and of course it will include a tracking number.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you would like anything custom ordered, contact us and we will see if it it possible to do. For wholesale orders, please contact us and we will work out some sort of agreement.

We would not sell anything that we would not let our own pets play with or enjoy using in our own home. If you would like something but do not see it, colors you would enjoy, let us know and we'll be glad to accommodate!
